Alvin is a UK qualified barrister, and was called to the Bar prior to the millennium, with nearly 25 years of experience in dispute resolution. He has since made a name for himself as an excellent legal strategist in resolving complex corporate commercial disputes, both in and out of court.
Alvin’s legal journey started with large law firms, such as Shearn Delamore & Co, Wong & Partners and subsequently Shook Lin & Bok, where he became a partner in 2007. Thereafter, he joined various boutique set-ups specializing in corporate commercial disputes, namely Ranjit Ooi and Robert Low and subsequently Bodipalar Ponnudurai De Silva, before starting his own practice in 2024.
